Actually, he is a bit too restrained and hesitant for Australian
audiences, but be that as it may, he is nonetheless "spot on" with his
sentiments.

This is simply brilliant!
It *should* be on a continuous loop on all TV screens.

Bill Mayer is a left wing fringe element type for the 'rat party.
He has no fairness in his words.

Bill Maher is an independent who actively endorsed
Ralph Nader in 2000. But, pointing out that you're
wrong is a bit redundant, to say the least.
Everyone could just take it for granted at this
point...

He may have voted for Ralph Nader in 2000, but his favorite guest is the wacko
cindy (?) garafalo, tattoos and all. And now he just sounds like a left wing
fringe element wacko himself.

Whenever anyone posts a Bill Maher clip on here, it makes me want to
subscribe to HBO.

I like Bill Maher -- find him quite
entertaining -- but I'd strongly caution
against anyone using him as some sort of
poster boy.
For one thing, the guy simply isn't very smart.
I've seen many people get away with saying
***** on his show, completely unchallenged.
And when it comes to his chest thumping on an
issue, he's just as poignant when he's dead
wrong as when he happens to be right, as in this
case.
I mean, come on! He's a comedian for crying out
loud! You make this dim wit your spokesperson,
no matter how good a job you think he's doing
right now, and the opposition is going to find
something to use against you later.

I never said I thought of him as a poster boy. Him being incredibly
entertaining isn't enough of a reason to want to be able to see his
show when it's on?

That is a direct result of him parotting what his joke writers churn
out.
