Bill makes killing a pregnant woman at any stage a double slaying
A woman uses a test at home and finds that she is pregnant. Later in the
day, she is shot to death. Has one person been killed - or two?
That question is one Georgia lawmakers are likely to debate soon.
Bills in the House and headed for the Senate would change Georgia's feticide
laws to allow for the prosecution of anyone who causes the death of an
unborn child, regardless of the stage of pregnancy.
"I consider a fetus to be a person, and you're killing two people," said
Sen. Renee Unterman (R-Buford), who plans to push a Senate bill aimed at
changing the state's feticide laws. "So you should be punished for killing
two people."

*the pre-born child at any stage should also constitute homicide.
Since women can also vote, no political party will ever even consider
that. Live with it.
Besides, there are no "pre-born" child. Stop inventing words and
concepts. There are foetuses, and there are babies. Period.

I believe what he means to say is that almost from the moment of conception,
a new life begins to evolve within a mother... and that being so, would
equal 2 lives and not just the mother's.

Of course, using your logic, as many as 70% of those "lives" never see the
light of day because they fail to implant in the uterine wall and thus start
the pregnancy...the idiots in Georgia that scammed this idea of a law only
seem to care that their fetish is enacted on the rest of us, the established
body of law be damned.

Just as a "new life" is created during meiosis when a new sperm or egg

Incredible. It looks as though fundamentalist christians have "evolved"
the ability to see into the future. They can tell that every single
fetus will come to term. No possibility of a miscarriage, defects,
mother on crack/smoking/drinking...nope, every baby to be is perfect.
Essentially, the law is going to state that a person can be convicted
of murdering someone who may or may not eventually exist. Brilliant.

Well, as a a living being who begins to grow inside it's mother, it has no
other choice but to be there in order to continue growing until moment of
birth. Even then, as the child is born into the world, the child has no
other choice but to follow and learn from it's surroundings. Everything is
new to a new born... even when the eyes begin to develop inside the womb, it
can still see a fragment of 'light'... lol... in the beginning, there was
LIGHT :)

The Georgia legislature should take matters one step further; killing only the pre-born child at any stage should also constitute homicide. <<
Only if it's White.
In other cases, the female gestating unit in question should receive a
small stipend to encourage early termination of said parasite.

Pregnant women should also buy two tickets when they fly in airplanes,
and they each get two votes, and they can use the carpool lanes
whenever they like, and of course they should not work because that
would violate all sorts of child labor laws.
We can play this game, too, fucktard.

Why should anyone else care what the Catholic church thinks is and is
not moral. Its only the opinions of the chruch's hierarchy anyway, and

Ah yes, the "enslave women" conspiracy theory.. an overused strawman.
Actually, it is more like the Catholic church wants to enslave men and
women. An objective and detacted viewing of their policies and history
and actions shows this.
Besides, they do want to enslave women, remove their voice from public
life and government, and relegate them to being "baby machines" and
"homemakers" without any hope or chance to make something of
themselves, and thus make them completely dependent on the "man of the
house".
There is no reason why anyone should have any respect for the Catholic
chruch, or listen to them on anything.

It is a group of individuals who a) belief that abortion ought to be

Yes you have.

It is a group of individuals who a) belief that abortion ought to be

Who else should be able to make that choice, and why?
I wasn't arguing the point, I was describing the credo of the goon squad.
Who decides is
the woman and that person disagree, and why? I have never seen anyone
that thinks that it should not be the woman's choice, or that it should
be an agreement between two or more people answer this question.

I'm not attempting to impose morals on anyone, that is a good example of one
of the good squad disinformation tactics. For your information, morals are
*not* a private matter, they exist by consensus. Cheating, dishonesty,
acting unethically, hurting others, none of those moral issues can be chosen
by people without them being condemned by society and/or prosecuted. So
start your goon rehabilitation by dropping the pretense that this is about
"imposition", it's not.
and c) subscribe to the principle that if

Not true, I offer BOB as my evidence. He has responded to me a couple of
dezen times and every single time he has offered not a single substantial
argument, every last comment has been a personal insult. Ray Fischer is
slightly better, but every reply contains several insults.
Therefore, your so-called "church" is a figment of your imagination,
and does not exist.
It exists and is thriving on this newsgroup. You are firmly in denial.
