"Bong Hits 4 Jesus" banner is okay |

A High School student in Alaska and holdig a banner that read
"Bong Hits 4 Jesus" in January 2002 when the Olympic Torch was
carried through town -- and his school suspended him.
Now a Judge has ruled that the school violated his Constitutional
rights to freedom of speech.
