A competition posted to sci.crypt and elsewhere.
Try it.
Its a nice prize, and I suspect it takes a brain to solve it-it is a
mathematical language on an ellyptic curve-the key to it is
posted.Certain posts(many-the subject of my next post)under certain
names are designed just so-you make the words into numbers.You find
them on the "ring".If you cannot understand that, there is no point in
going further.Frankly, it might even be illegal.
