You'd think Mary Beth Cahill, the radical pro-abortion extremist who
is John Kerry's chief handler, would have enough sense not to keep
drawing attention to his hilariously botched Dukakis-like photo
opportunity. But no. So we'll give her the publicity she demands.
The New York Post said he looked like a sperm played by wimpy Woody
Allen in "Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex but Were
Afraid to Ask." Others are labeling it the "bunny suit" incident,
which reminds us that this is the most humiliating such case since
poor Ralphie was forced to wear the horrid rabbit costume sent by his
batty aunt in the wonderful 1983 movie "A Christmas Story."
"This was a leaked photo," Cahill complained to Brit Hume last night
on Fox News Channel.
"This was a legitimate tour of a NASA facility, and this photograph
came out of absolutely nowhere. We were surprised then. We aren't
surprised now," she claimed.
NASA, however, says it gave the photos to Kerry's campaign for review
before posting several on Kennedy Space Center's Web site.
This morning the gang at "Fox & Friends" said Democrat Sen. Bill
Nelson of Florida, who had accompanied Kerry at Kennedy Space Center,
backed NASA on this one.
Perhaps Kerry will comment on his baby-blue bunny suit. What's up,
doc?

I haven't seen anybody looking for "pro-lifers" demanding they have
abortions they don't want.
It's about those who would allow others to make decisions according to
their own conscience on a lawful medical procedure, and those who want
to enforce their own conscience on others.
The bottom line is: if they don't like abortion then don't have one.

i have seen people who are literally pro-abortion. in that, they think it's
a good thing. i saw one person, in a woman's studies class claim that women
should get pregnant and then immediately get an abortion, for tactical
reasons. she went on to rant about how empowering it was, and that it would
help to keep it legal and a sacrosanct right. tactically planned pregnancy
followed by abortion.

hey, i'm pro-choice, but i recognize that *if* one believes that abortion is
truly wrong, then it is not merely a medical procedure. just because it is
legal does not mean it is RIGHT that it is legal. and i respect many on the
pro-choice side, i just disagree with them
enforcing conscience is part of the law. we do it with fraud, murder, rape,
statutory rape, drug laws, etc etc. etc.
furthermore, abortion is not (as is drug use) a self-regarding act.
regardless of the legal status of the fetus, it is a distinct, if dependant
entity.
i respect both sides of the issue, despite the fact that i am pro-choice.
if one truly believes abortion is an evil, like slavery, etc. than one does
have a duty to "enforce" one's conscience and try to change the law. i
respect that. even though i disagree with them

You don't think Peter Singer is a "pro-abortion extremist"? He wants
to give mothers the legal opportunity to off their 2 month old babies.
