Object: Bush Admits He's A Screw-Up
And on the Bush Telegraph today:
http://www.cnn.com/2005/ALLPOLITICS/01/14/bush.regrets.ap/index.html
reveals that Doofus Bush admits he screwed-up with his loose
Texas-style talk. He said that, "Sometimes, words have consequences
you don't intend them to mean". Then, clueless as ever, he went on to
conjure up a new nickname for a senator to go alongside his nickname
for Russian leader Vladimir Putin ("Pootie-Poot"):
http://www.cnn.com/2005/ALLPOLITICS/01/14/senator.name.ap/index.html
Meanwhile his $40 million inauguration
http://www.cnn.com/2005/ALLPOLITICS/01/13/inauguration.costs.ap/index.html
forges ahead in the face of 150,000 St. Stephen's Tsunami dead,
thousands of children orphaned and thousands more facing starvation and
disease, while at home people are dead or homeless from mudslides in
California, frozen from heating plant failures in Alaska, flooded in
the midwest, and sleeping on the streets outside the Whitehouse.
But the $40 million is all private money, so why not spend it on
expensive parades instead of the poor, the homeless and the starving?
After all the money probably comes from Bush's fellow Xians, and Jesus
was only joking when he told people to give what they have to the poor
and let god provide for them, because we'll *always* have the poor.
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, ain't it?

It's not that the coronation is costing $40 million & it's
all coming from private donations, it's that they have
$40 million to spend because they forced DC (the city
government) to pay $12 million of the costs.
So right there that places the price tag at $52 million,
and that's pretending that the federal government isn't
also absorbing a great deal of the cost, especially for
security.
They are. The feds are paying at least as much as the
city government of Washington.

You know, Duke, you're like those petty criminals caught on COPS that
stick to their feeble lies even while the police show them videos of
them performing the crime.

That's the hall mark of most cons. Admitting guilt rarely has any advantage
to them so the best course of action is to deny it.
At this point Earl can gain nothing by admitting error or that he has lied
constantly even when presented with the information.
So he continues. But if he believes the crap he preaches and if it were
true, he knows what is coming.

That's the downside to the truth. They say we are going to be sorry
after death, finding out we were wrong. We know that they won't even
realize they were wrong. There's no justice.

Implying strongly that he lies everywhere else! But even his claim he
never lies on the ng is a lie as has been demonstrated 16 times here:
