Over all, Mr. Bush’s job approval remains at one of its lowest points,
with 29 percent of all Americans saying they approve of the way he is
doing his job, compared with 34 percent at the end of October.
Sixty-one percent disapproved, compared with 58 percent in October,
within the margin of sampling error.

In his twisted way of think, this only works to further justify what he is
doing. He keeps babbling about harry Truman.

Given that there around 20ish% (each... D and R both have them) that
wouldn't disapprove if their party's President were raping Girl Scouts on
the White House lawn on national TV then sacrificing them to Baal, Bush
*is now close to zero.
Nixon's end of term (well, when he resigned) rating was 24%. He was, of
all things, around Bush's recent ratings during the height of the
Watergate scandal. But fell below 30% heading into '74 which was the year
his Presidency more or less collapsed.
I'd call "zero" at about 25%.
The most interesting number is Bush is now pushing into Nixon territory of
*disapproval. Nixon reached 66% disapproval the month of his resignation.
Bush is anywhere from 60 to 62% and even Fox Noise can only get that down
to 57%.
Even if Bush doesn't sink any further, he'll go down in history as the
second least popular two term President..
