I guess he doesn't consider North Korea very threatening anymore. I wonder if
it's because Rummy sold them nuclear technology in the mid-90s and Bush's
Pakistani allies sold them nuclear weapons technology more recently?
After all, it's hard to be an Axis of Evil country when you're the one giving
them WMDs.
