Either the other people do not need the extra weeks of training at the
facility specifically set up for Iraq desert training, in which case
the military has, again, wasted millions, or these soldiers did need
it and did not get it. Which is it?

What does Yang have to do with this? Are you actually disputed the
facts here?

2 Army Units Will Forgo Desert Training
"You would like everybody to go through" the training center, but in
this case it is not possible, Brig. Gen. Tom Maffey, director of Army
training, told a news conference at the Pentagon on Tuesday. He said
the soldiers are losing very little by not going to Fort Irwin. "The
effect is marginal, at most," Maffey said.
So, again, either the training is not important, in which case the
Army has wasted millions, or the training is important. Here is a
hint: good training is very important.

Don't ask Dork such a complicated question. His simple mind only has
two switches, "Black", and "White".
Anything else just goes thru without sinking in.
