can someone loan God $7000 |
I've been offered a domain that gets 1500 visitors per day for $7000,
a suitable price but its likely to become 5000 visitors per day within
several years IMO and keep growing. And its a recreational site
that is the ideal fuel for my site chatty.net
chatty.net is one of the best names for its genre, net is better than chatty.com
and is more apt that chat.com. But as most web developers find chat sites
are impossible to kick off unless you are getting 100s of hourly traffic, which
equates to over 1000 visitors per day. Also with the $7000 site, chatty would
have a high revisit rate so the 1500 per day (uniques) would accumulate into a major
site very fast. So together with chatty.net, a continued high traffic site would
soon be profitable, although owning a 50,000 chatters per day site is more
rewarding than the income.
Alternatively I am 6 months away from the $500 advertising package I sought
for www.kwikads.com (prototype is online) which would probably return the
investment within 3 months, and continue generating money long after because
it utilises 2 tier promotions.
This is a more direct request than my usual, so I'm putting my credentials
on the line.
