Canada: Miracle Channel founder resigns over affair |

The founder of a Lethbridge-based Christian television channel has
resigned because of an extra-marital affair with a woman, according to
the station.
Pastor ***** Dewert started the religious channel in 1995 and co-hosted
the television show LifeLine with his wife Joan Dewert.
In a news release Tuesday, officials with the Miracle Channel wrote
that they don't condone his behaviour and have accepted his
resignation. The channel has also accepted the resignation of his wife
so she can "stand with her husband," says the release.

Yeah, it's not like he did something honorable, like having homosexual
affairs and doing drugs.
