CHALLENGE TO RELIGIONOSTS |
I challenge any religious person to supply objective verifiable evidence
that ANY real god actually exists except in man's imagination.
If there is a real god, why does he permit all these false gods and
documents???
Major religious texts and documents;
Baha'i Sacrid writtings
Life of Buddha - Dhammapada - Pali cannon
The Bible - Christian religious documents - 18 English versions alone.
No originals of the old or new testaments exist.
The Book of Mormon - Church of Latter Day Saints
The Analects - Confuscianism
The Eddas and Sagas - Icelandic beliefs
Wicca - Neo paganism of Greece and Rome
Bhagavgita and Rig Veda - Hinduism
Qur'an - Islam
Adi Granth and Dasam Granth - canonical scripture of the Sikhs
Tanakh - Jewism
Tao-Te-Ching - Taoism
Nag Hammadi - Gnostics
Zhuan Falun - Falun Gong
Of all these different Gods and belief systems which is the true one, if
any, and which are fakes? Non of these documents are any objective evidence.
They are all documents written, hand copied, modified and further copied,
over the centuries, by errant men with their own personal and selfish
motivations. All of these documents. Except the Book of Morman, were hand
written and hand copied over the centuries before the invention of the
printing press. There is no way to determine authenticity or accuracy of any
of these. The objective evidence is that they are a mixture of inaccurate
history, myth, folklore and legends.
Man can directly communicate with the whole world via TV, the Internet,
Phone and Radio. If there is a real God, why does he not announce to the
whole world from his heaven, by at least an equally effective means, that he

All of the material in out body ultimately came from the soil and air. The
soil is eroded rock and the air is outgased volatile material from
volcanism, meteor ablation collision etc. QED.

As opposed to the story in the assHoly Bible that says we come from
dust?
Actually it is assumed that life arose in a liquid medium (primordial
slime and all that). But whether a magic Hobgobblin in the sky waved
his wand, or there is a scientific explanation involving complex
organicchemistry, it seems to be an empirical fact that life arose 3
billion years ago (or whatever the latest evidence shows) and that
previously life did not exist. Whether by divine agency or not that
would seem to indicate that life arose one way or the other from non-
living matter. If you're stupid enough to believe in the theory of
God's Holy Halitosis as the origin of life, go for it.

evidence. They are all documents written, hand copied, modified and
further copied, over the centuries, by errant men with their own personal
and selfish motivations. All of these documents. Except the Book of
Morman, were hand written and hand copied over the centuries before the
invention of the printing press. There is no way to determine authenticity
or accuracy of any of these. The objective evidence is that they are a
mixture of inaccurate history, myth, folklore and legends.
Man can directly communicate with the whole world via TV, the Internet,
Phone and Radio. If there is a real God, why does he not announce to the
whole world from his heaven, by at least an equally effective means, that
he is the real God and all the others are fakes? And why does he not tell
us clearly and directly what he expects from us instead of using hundreds
of vague, ancient, contradictory, unoriginal documents compiled by dozens
of different religions and hundreds of unauthenticated men.

As a Christian I have to say that labeling others like this, and providing
generalities about them, is not a loving or successful way to have open,
honest, two-way dialogues about our faith.
I appreciate your devotion, passion, and knowledge of scripture, but perhaps
tempering them with humility, grace, and love.
God loves the atheist, materialist, determinist, naturalist, and Christian.
If you suggest he does not then you are suggesting we have a limited God,
and I do not believe scripture categorizes him as such.
Jesus himself stated that he came to call the lost, not the righteous to
repentance and salvation, and he did so with love. The only people he
railed against, categorized, and verbally accused were those who believed
themselves to be the righteous.
By making statements such as the one above about atheists you are taking the
place of the Pharisee, and not the tax collector. When both prayed, and I
am sure you know this, it was the humility and open admission of his own
broken nature that caused Christ to say that the tax collector walked out of
the temple justified, not the Pharisee.
Remove the plank from your own eye, and then you can remove the speck from
your brothers. This is a lesson that we Christians need dearly take to
heart when we discuss our faith with others.
Let me close Pastor Frank by saying again that I appreciate your devotion,
passion, and knowledge of scripture, but temper that with love, and the
truth will be clear.
In the end, all of our logic, textual knowledge, reasoning, passion, and
personal devotion is not what will show a lost world the Love of God;
rather, the love and compassion of Christ, shown through the way we choose
to live, communicate, interact, and humble ourselves will be that which
helps others to see what the Lord has to offer them.

It is my belief, right or wrong, that when you sling mud at others you both
get your hands dirty, and you loose a lot of ground. Christ did what you
suggest in rebuking the pharisees, however the same Christ stated that the
example given by a prostitute, who washed his feet with her tears, would be
preached wherever the gospel was preached.
We are called to not criticize a man for eating only vegetables, or only
eating meat. How much more should we show love when trying to speak to
those who eat something different for spiritual nourishment?
We know that Christ is the son of God, and that through him only can be
found forgiveness for our sins and reconciliation with God; however, how are
we going to be the salt and light of the world if the taste we provide is
bitter and the light we provide dark?
I am not questioning your intention, I can see your love for God, and
respect it. What I am simply offering is that the way we are to lead others
to know Christ is not through chastisement; rather, it is through mirroring
(as best we can) the love of Christ in our words and deeds.
If I call you a liar, mock your belief, or simply focus on the punishment of
God then don't I limit your ability to see the Love of God, the forgiveness
of God?
When Christ rebuked the Pharisees he did so with authority AS God. When he
told us to share the gospel he meant with the Love of God.
Judgment of the heart of a man, whether he be atheist, Muslim, or Christian,
is God's job. Our job is to show them the love of God through the light of
his Son, and it is hard to see that light when you are being told you are
bad.
In short, and I hope you do not take offense, God's job is to judge us for
our sin, our job is to show that the Love of God, through Christ, can save
us from that same judgment. So as a Christian I believe my job is to leave
the judgment up to God, and try my best to demonstrate the love that Christ
offers to all. That same love is offered to atheists, Buddhists,
Naturalists, and Christians.
I know you probably know all this Frank, and again I apologize if I am
coming across judgmental myself, I recognize the hypocrisy and will pray
about it. I just worry when I see someone who has such a passion for the
Lord unable to demonstrate that same passion tempered with the love which
truly transforms.
In closing, please remember that Jesus himself said he came to call the
wicked, not the righteous to repentance (and forgiveness). By definition
those wicked were those who chose Satan over God (Sin over Holiness), and he
healed them, dried their tears, made them whole, and did it with and out of
Love. Jesus meek and mild no? Then I guess Jesus will not inherit the
earth, because in the beatitudes he made it clear the meek would do just
that.

This shows the materialist mentality of atheists. In their mind God
can
only be a physical (created) object. God being an abstract and
eternally
existing quality such as love (1 John 4:8,16) become real in Jesus
Christ
sacrificing His blameless life for us sinners, doesn't count and is
therefore ignored.
As a Christian I have to say that labeling others like this, and
providing
generalities about them, is not a loving or successful way to have open,
honest, two-way dialogues about our faith.
I appreciate your devotion, passion, and knowledge of scripture, but
perhaps
tempering them with humility, grace, and love.
First of all I reject your accusations for which you provide no
evidence. What derogatory "labels" are you talking about? Second, it
looks
like to me you want to do one better than Christ Himself. Be aware, that
Jesus "mild and meek" is lie. Jesus could, and did bite hypocrites and/or
habitual contrarians, materialists etc. and so should you.
Once a person has made up his mind to follow Satan and his domain,
your
"humility, grace and love" are wasted on him. See below. Or are you

It is my belief, right or wrong, that when you sling mud at others you
both
get your hands dirty, and you loose a lot of ground. Christ did what you
suggest in rebuking the pharisees, however the same Christ stated that the
example given by a prostitute, who washed his feet with her tears, would
be
preached wherever the gospel was preached.
Precisely!!! Jesus did both. Are you willing to do both, ...even if they
come to crucify you for telling them the truth? As long as you are
conciliatory and don't aggrevate Satan's minions, they will leave you alone.
Believe me, these abusive ones ARE Satan's minions, whose sole job is to
prevent Jesus Christ from being mentioned. All else is secondary. Insulting
Christian posters in their own Christian NGs is only one of their methods,
and you can tell whose Christian witness is effective by the frequency and
volume of Satan's minions screeching insults and curses at them.
Show me an instance of where Christ is conciliatory to strident atheists
and I will change my tune to match His. I am not talking like that to
atheists you mention below, those looking for truth and willing to consider
Christ. I erased the rest of you post, for I agree with you on how to relate
to those.
