Object: Chrisitianity. Who really has the right to say it's a load of *****??
Unless you are of a higher power in some shape or form, no one has the
right to say whether the bible, God (Christian God), the Holy Spirit or
Jesus isn't real or true!!!
Many of the postings here claim that everything in Christianity is a
load of *****... How did you come to that conclusion?
Who gives you the right or the power to determine that?

Of course i have a right to say it's untrue. There is no evidence that it
is true and therefore christianity is a load of ***** - it's based on a lie
for a start.
Of course if you have proof that it's true, or your higher power would like

That depends very much on the justification one sees for that.

Many of the postings here claim that everything in Christianity is a
load of *****... How did you come to that conclusion?

1. The christian doctrine, as derived from the wholly babble, is exactly
worthless. Aside from the countless falsehoods (flat earth, four-legged
birds and insects, talking snakes and donkeys et cetera), inhumanities
(kill them all for the "crime" of living where you want to live, but keep
the young virgins for yourselves!) and contradictions (tell us about the
genealogy of Jesus!) in there, that no one would tolerate in any other
book!, the babble has no value whatsoever as a guidebook of any kind.
Depending on what verse(s) you use, you can condone or condemn literally
everything with this shitty book.
2. The christian deity, as described by every christian I ever met, is
logically impossible... and fortunately so. For if it would exist it would
be the ultimate _SADIST_ of the universe.
For some more details on my opinion: http://www.carcosa.de/nojebus

Who gives you the right or the power to determine that?

Try "rational thinking".
By the way, note that I am _not_ an atheist. Just to prevent the standard
presuppositions you know. I am of the opinion that the Divine in general,
including the deities I honor, can neither be proven true or false (what if
it chose to hide from us? How would we know?), but christianity - and as
far as I know monotheism as a whole - is bullcrap.

You can believe what you like in your own mind: I have no problem with
that. Unfortunately religions do have a tendency to try to impose rules
arising out of their own faith onto the rest of us. You can hardly be
surprised that we object when our freedom is restricted by something
that, by rational analysis, is nonsense.

Hint: If you don't want your faith to be offended, then stop reading

The fuckwit troll *started* the goddamned thread.

Even when they explicitly encourage, support, finance and execute

I respect your right to believe any silly superstition you wish, and
will defend your right to believe in the god entity of your choice be
it Jesus, Huitzilopochtli, or Astarte. That doesn't mean that I
respect or need to respect the silly belief.
(LintŪ, however, is different.)

Liz, you like most people do not want to have faith in
