I just finished listening (as best I could) to that terrific Christian, the
Reverend, Dr. Welton Gaddy's radio program, 'State of Belief' which forms
part of Air America Radio's programming. He had on journalist, Hanna Rosin,
who spoke principally about the home-schooled, ultra-conservative Patrick
Henry College graduates who are being groomed to be our nation's leaders
and who already have a considerable presence among the interns already
'learning the ropes' in Congress. These are the future leaders who are seem
intent on 'Reclaiming America for Christ'. Read: Intent of having some

pretending to speak for an imaginary deity so that he and his followers
can revisit the Dark Ages once again and put both the non-believers, and
those who believe in 'Christ' alright, but not *their* vision of who
'Christ' was and what he *really* had to say about life in the
21st-Century in their frickin' place. (He *certainly* was thinking about
us as he went preaching from village to town, wasn't he?)

Makes you want to barf, doesn't it?

That segment got me to thinking about my plight out here and the
mysterious non-action on the part of the Democrats to do anything about
Miron and his army of evil kiss-butts. The thought occurred to me: Are the
staffs of Democrats here and in Washington 'infected' and infested with
Jesus addicts? Is *that* to explain why nothing is being done to put an
end to my misery out here?

What else can explain it? Wanton corruption on the part of both
Republicans *and* Democrats in my Congressional District?

Having well-placed ultra-conservative, ultra religious staffers among the
Democrats could partially explain the in-action out here. If word of my
plight is 'filtered' and prevented from reaching the eyes and ears of the
Congressmen and Senators of my state, how are they to do anything about
it.

Wild and far-fetched, I know. But it *is* a possible explanation as to why
the Democrats have not come to my rescue.

That segment alone is worth tuning into the show tomorrow. (It's
rebroadcast from 6:05 to 7:00 p.m. CST on Sunday). But the *real* treat
comes at the very end of the broadcast. You won't believe the 'send-off'
the very Christian, Welton Gaddy, gives Attorney General, Alberto
Gonzales! Whew!! I was stunned. It was a blistering, 16"-guns assault on
the weasel. Wow.

Have to say, the Reverend, Dr. Welton Gaddy is about an admirable a
'Christian' *this* atheist has come across. (And there have been *many*.)
You can most certainly come to admire and respect an 'opponent' of this
caliber. He most *definitely* respects the views of others he does not
particularly share. Just wish more 'Christians' were like him. The kind
*I'm* dealing with out here only make me want to ***** all over their
'faith'. But then again, these people have a 'faith' that has been
twisted, contorted, and made to resemble pure out-and-out hatred, bigotry,
and intolerance. What *worlds* apart the Christian Reverend Dr. Welton
Gaddy and those 'Christians' out here acting so god-damn smug,
sanctimonious and 'holy' are. And they both 'serve' the same 'God'.
Doesn't *that* take the cake? The same silent, invisible, undetectable,
'God' that these people out here will kill an atheist in 'His' name for
without qualm. (Okay, they're not *that* murderous yet. But what, then, is
one to call what's being done to me out here? Just unabated revulsion over
the fact that a 'real' atheist lives in their county?

Just warms the cockles of your heart, doesn't it?

Gotta go, it's time to listen to Freethought Radio (A radio broadcast put
out by the 'Freedom From Religion Foundation') with Annie Laurie Gaylor
and Dan Barker coming out of Madison, WI)

Soothes the 'soul' ... well make that, 'soothes the rational mind'. Could
use some 'punk' though. Ummm ... maybe not.
