A banner seen at a local church:
"...and God is still on the throne!"
Here are two for starters:
He must be taking a "holy *****".
I saw him go in with a newspaper, it may be a while.
Please add your own.

God's probably been on the throne so long because he's out of toilet
paper and there's nobody to slip him another roll under the stall.
He could always use the newspaper, wouldn't do much for the holy haemorrhoids,
though.
