Before he was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs, Seth Aldrich told
Judge Michael Barrasse he never meant to hurt the teenager he
inappropriately touched for years.
The 32-year-old, of 816 N. Main Ave., will serve one to three years in
prison after pleading guilty in December to indecent assault and
corruption of minors.
Judge Barrasse handed down the sentence Tuesday.
Mr. Aldrich, who taught Sunday school and was a volunteer youth group
leader at Green Ridge Assembly of God Church, was arrested Sept. 29
after a 17-year-old girl accused him of fondling and kissing her at
and after church-sponsored activities.
