to have plausable deniability. "There's a forger running loose", they'll

Nah. In this case, it's much simpler. This lamest of forgers thinks these
things "discredit" the people he's pissed at. Never mind it's never once
worked...

Hm... not really. The joke is on the guy who *thinks he's "discrediting"
the people he doesn't like. First, it's not working and hasn't over the
couple, few years he's been doing it. Second, even if it *did work... this
