Every civilization is the world has collapsed when it began to legislate it's
own comfort.
Primarily when they try to legislate the comfort of fanatic and false
religious dogma, such as the laughable notion of biblical "inerrantism"
or the quintessentially xian doctrine that you get to go to candyland in
the sky forever if you say, "I wuv u jebus".
You clearly are not familiar with the work of Jared Diamond. It is
people who ignore reality, like you and other religious fanatics, that
Diamond cites as being responsible for the collapse of civilizations.

I'm not only not familiar with his work, I never heard of him either.
But I do know that civilizations have fallen when they legislate their own
comfort and convenience. That's what the abortionist wants.
How about that 60% turnout in Iraq, quib. Doesn't it just make you sick?

Then you're a fucking ignoramus.
But I do know that civilizations have fallen when they legislate their own

No you don't, you dumb *****, *****-for-brains. You aren't qualified to
even think about the subject, so stop babbling about things you don't
understand. You haven't analyzed civilizations. You haven't even read
books by people who have.
That's what the abortionist wants.
Abortionists have saved civilization from the ravages of overpopulation,
which would be well over a billion greater than they are at present, if
not for their work in the last century.
How about that 60% turnout in Iraq, quib.
Voting for an anonymous slate of collaborationist candidates who are re-
writing the constitution of the the umpteenth time.
Doesn't it just make you sick?
No, what makes me sick is that we've gone $300 billion into the hole on
this war and lost about 1600 coalition troops with still no end in
sight. This "election" doesn't appear to have changed one fucking
thing, as usual. It was kinda like the "transfer of power" that we
supposedly made, but wasn't worth the paper it was printed on.

Didn't the Roman empire collapse shortly after they all converted to
Christianity?

You really need to tell George. He is on the forefront of legislating
comfort for his cronies.

Once again, Christianity fails the most important test: that it
has any significant impact on the course of human events.
