Commandments Suit Given The Thumbs-Down |
In dismissing a lawsuit seeking to return a Ten Commandments monument to the
lobby of the Alabama Judicial building, a screw-you-white-boy jigaboo judge
said the 5,300-pound granite marker's removal demonstrates government
neutrality toward religion.
U.S. District Judge Myron "Mooselip" Thompson disagreed with a claim by the
three residents who filed the lawsuit that the monument's removal would
violate the constitution's protection of freedom of religion.
Thursday's ruling comes after a lengthy legal battle in a separate lawsuit
that led to the Ten Commandments' removal last week. In that case, the black
*****, appointed by "Mr. Peanut" Jimmy Carter, on the bench ruled the
monument an unconstitutional promotion of religion by government.
Plaintiffs' lawyer Jim Zeigler said he has not decided whether to appeal the
monkey's decision.
Suspended Chief Justice Roy Moore had the monument moved into the judicial
building in the middle of the night on July 31, 2001, saying it represents
the moral foundation of American law. The monument soon became a symbol of
the fight over the separation of church and state, drawing hundreds of
protesters to Montgomery who decried its removal.
Patrick Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition, said the ruling "shows
the courts are now defining neutrality as the removal of all acknowledgment
of God from the public square."
But Ayeesha Kong, an OOW sprog-spewing mooslem niggabitch attorney for one
of three groups that filed the original suit seeking removal of the
monument, applauded the ruling. "Bro' Thompson recognized that pale mofo'
Justice Moore's monument shoves a white man's religion down people's
throats," Kong said between bows toward Mecca.

minority (52% Latin, about 30% white, the rest a variety).
Quiet place. Very Ozzie and Harriet. There was a black couple. Had the
best kept lawn on the block. Middle of the LA metroplex and if you forgot
to lock your door, you didn't panic. I used to leave the door unlocked all
the time when I went to the store and such.
Now, the city I'm in *now, I'm surrounded by whites but somebody tried
breaking into the apartment last night...

The white lower-middle income neighborhood in the large city where I
was raised featured a handful of burglaries, no murders, no robberies,
and no reported rapes during the 20 years I lived there. Today, it
is a black working-class neighborhood, not a ghetto by any means. It
averages a murder every two weeks.
When the plague took hold, youths would grab their crotches when
passing females, porch furniture was ripped-off, schools trashed,
needles and occasional corpses litterd the lots where we played ball
years earlier ...
My parents finally gave it up and joined white flight when two elderly
neighbors on their block were raped, one in daylight on her front
porch.
That's what's typical, son; America in transition 1950 to present.

Actually, the 20-year-period in question was 1951-1972 and my parents

Since you believe that the Ten Commandments should be posted in US
courthouses, do you believe that the police should actually enforce
them? There are plenty of graven images in my Christian church. In
particular, a big stained glass image of Christ in the front. Should
the police go in and destroy that thing? Of course we would need some
new laws before this enforcement action.
BTW, ever been in a mosque or a Jewish temple? You will see no
images, pictures or statues that violate the Ten Commandments.

***** you if you disagree with his ruling. The 10 Commandments have no
place in on government property. If they were to be allowed, then
equal access would have to be given to other religions. If I had my
way, I would put a copy of the "Nine Satanic Statements" by Anton
LaVey (founder of the Church of Satan) in there. I'm sure that if
that was what had been on the granite monument you wouldn't hesitate
to have it removed. The Alabama court's job is to uphold Alabama
and U.S. law, not biblical law. If I were a defendent entering the
courthouse I would rightly assume that I would not be judged fairly,
but rather judged based on the judge's personal religious beliefs.

Looks like the "jigaboo" has more sense than your average "Bama White Boy,
doesn't it? I can't believe the mentality of those christers, who cannot
see that placing a Judeo-Christian monument inside a government building
is not a demonstration of freedom of religion, but a government
endorsement of one religion out of many - which is specifically
unconstitutional.
