Object: Completely off topic!!!!
Sometimes, when I've got nothing to do, I sit and watch Joel Osteen's
broadcast from Lakewood.
Once, when I was in that den of iniquity, know as Atlantic City for my
hen night (bachelorette party - for the Americans) - my best friend
caught me staring at the screen as he spoke. And when she asked me what
I was doing, I said "I can't help it, he's just too cute...look at that
smile!!!"....and she then realized, it wasn't the message I was
listening to.....I was totally purving over a preacher.
My husband once asked me why I allowed myself to be baptized my the
mormons, when I obviously thought they were full of rubbish (This all
happened before we met of course). And i told him the real
reason.......the "elders" were so dammed good looking, I just said I
was interested in converting, just so they could keep coming over. The
same with some Jehovah's witnesses I knew. And some fundies.......
I am so totally sad. Anyone with similar ridiculous stories?

Some years ago, I allowed a flame-haired, fresh faced young Jehovah's
witness into my home for a discussion. Curiously, she kept banging on
about how much fornication there was and how wicked it all was. I just
looked at her and silently sighed.

When I was young my parents dragged me into church, (a strict Southern
Baptist one) the pastors daughter was an absolute knockout and dressed
to show it. Talk about temptation an self control dilemma type stuff.
So far the girls I've been with haven't pushed religion. I don't know
what I'd think if I fell in love and she turned out to be a godbot, or
a pastors daughter. Another trespass on freedom by god.

Religious people just turn me off, no matter what they look like.

astray with my lustful thoughts.....lol!!!!!

coherent thought! ROFLMAO!!! (for some unknown reason)

comes to good looking religious types.....

OK, you've redeemed yourself. I had to limit myself to two beers
tonight. My daughter doesn't drive, and I had to pick her up from work.
She doesn't work tomorrow, so watch out...
