clemency presented by Joseph W. Mancuso Jr., thus preventing the
governor from considering the matter and taking action to expunge his
record of robbery, aggravated assault, burglary and criminal
conspiracy charges.

In his pardon application, Mancuso said he is "a good example of
FAITH, hope in GOD, and hardworking."
In addition to operating a barbershop, Mancuso listed his CHURCH and
civic activities, along with his volunteer and community work to
substantiate his reasons for the granting of a pardon.
