Conservapedia: The British Are Eeevil I tell you! |
Go to the main page of the Conservapedia and under "News" is a link to
examples of "bias" in the Wikipedia.
One of the big ones (for which you can be banned no less, check out the
"commandments" for Conservapedia) are British (et al) spellings.
As we all know, the Lord spelled it c-o-l-o-r and any other way is herasy!!!

forms of abuse and cannot come to any sort of agreement
in their teachings. Each sect brands its own, fills the
head of its own with deceitful nonsense, and makes perfect
little pigs of those it wins over to its side."

That leaves the Authorized Version out. It has all of those forbidden
spellings.

What language was the King James (of England) babble written in?
British English of course!
The cretinists are using an 'American English' translation.
Love thy neighbour?
Oooops.....neighbor :-)
I don't suppose they've heard of William Shakespeare, let alone read any of
his works.

But why labour or labor over this colourful or colorful use of English
spelling? Depends on what spelling programme or program you suffered at
primary school or elementary school.
