Who would have thought that Bob Barr would actually end up
having some principles? He's turned into a pretty reliable, fairly
convincing advocate for civil liberties, especially privacy.
I'm actually starting to like the guy, in a very reserved, cautious
kinda way, like I warmed up a bit to Goldwater in his last years.
I just looked out my window and a pig flew by, on its way
to the ice-skating tournament in Hell. Amazing.

When Bob Barr thinks you're too much of a rightwing loonie, you're
definitely an extremist.

Barr is also forgetting that the DOMA is still unconstitutional as it violates
the "full faith and credit" clause of Article IV, Section 1 of the
Constitution.
The article also has a factual error. Constitutional amendments require
ratification of 3/4 of the states, not 2/3 as the article claims.
I'm wondering if this is an April Fool's joke.
