again yesterday

"[Editor's Note: April 6, 2005: The Constitution Restoration Act of 2005
is virtually identical to the 2004 version; however the Bill numbers
have been changed. The 2005 House bill is HR 1070 and the 2005 Senate
bill is S. 520 you can view the new laws by clicking."
“Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the Supreme Court
shall not have jurisdiction to review, by appeal, writ of certiorari, or
otherwise, any matter to the extent that relief is sought against an
element of Federal, State, or local government, or against an officer of
Federal, State, or local government (whether or not acting in official
personal capacity), by reason of that element’s or officer’s
acknowledgment of God as the sovereign source of law, liberty, or
government.”
If this was passed would it prevent the courts from making judgement on
whether a judge can have the 10 commandments in his courtroom?
Is it something proposed just to impress the Christian right or is there
any chance at all of it being passed?

"[Editor's Note: April 6, 2005: The Constitution Restoration Act of 2005
.....has about as much to do with 'restroring' the Constitution as the USA
PATRIOT Act has to do with patriotism.
It is a blatant attempt at trampling the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Another move to establish a theocratic dictatorship. Get rid of the
judges, especially those who don't rule the way that they want them to
rule.
