incidents.
Former White House adviser Claude Allen tearfully pleaded guilty to a
misdemeanor theft charge Friday, telling a Montgomery County judge
that he lost his bearings after working 14-hour days and getting
little sleep in the "tumultuous time" after Hurricane Katrina.

Two things make this story HUGE, though completely ignored.
The first is that Allen is one of the judges that those wicked big
meanie heads in the Democratic party so unjustly kept off the
bench.
How many times have you heard anyone in the media point that one
out?
The second is that they had "suspected" him for a long, long time
before they finally arrested him. They even allowed him to resign &
waited an entire two months before charging him, to assist the
Whitehouse in dodging the taint of the scandal.
