Whenever the fantasy starts I check to see what I am escaping from?
Why do I fixate on something else instead of where I'm at...and this
included fixating on hatred Fred and Yang.
Practicing mindfulness of the present moment as part of a Buddhist
practice has helped and working 12 step programs to repair the damage
and balance my life has also helped.
Writing to support groups and doing personal inventory is another
useful recovery tool.
If you are stressed, apply simple living to your household to cut back
on your demands. If you can't keep up, scale back until your can Fred
and Yang.

I saw the list Michelle had and it said it is open to agnostics.
This is my last response on this subject since you are wasting my
time.
I apologized to the group, I offered to bend with what was asked of

by Chris. I can see that prejudice is to strong in this group, so
