Damn librul media! |
Latest polls:
"All in all, do you think things in the nation are generally headed in the
right direction, or do you feel that things are off on the wrong track?"
Wrong: 68%
Right: 19%
Bush job ratings:
Disapprove: 66%
Approve: 29%
"Now I'm going to read you the names of several public figures and
organizations, and I'd like you to rate your feelings toward each one as
either very positive, somewhat positive, neutral, somewhat negative, or
very negative. If you don't know the name, please just say so. George W.
Bush."
Negatives: 57% (42% "very negative")
Positives: 32% (12% "very posiitive")
"Putting aside for a moment the question of who each party's nominee might
be, what is your preference for the outcome of the 2008 presidential
election -- that a Democrat be elected president or that a Republican be
elected president?"
Democrat: 52%
Republican: 31%
Unsure: 12%
(Which would mean 52 to 43 even if all "unsure" broke for the GOP but,
also, 64% if reversed, 58 to 37 if split even... at least now, we're
talking "landslide" territory)
Numbers from http://www.pollingreport.com
Poll by NBC and that liberal bastion...
The Wall Street Journal.
