Daniel and Glenn Miller |
I took someone up on somewhat of a time wasting but strangely
interesting challenge of reading Glenn Miller's Is Daniel Really
Prophecy essay (http://www.christian-thinktank.com/qwhendan3x.html).
For me it doesn't really ring true, but it has sort of an intriguing
conspiracy theory vibe which is interesting enough. In parallel I've
been reading lots of the Daniel debunking essays which seem like slam
dunks to my so far limited experience on the subject, but so far I
haven't found any that address the specific dating technique he uses.
(A fairly convoluted argument regarding how the dead sea scrolls were
dated and the way the community back then gave prestige to certain
biblical sources). Any way just curious if any one has looked at that
before or has thoughts on that issue.
