Daniel Pearl: Why He Didn't See What Was Coming. |
Daniel Pearl covered the Middle East at a time of promising change.
He, nor others who don't understand the Book of Daniel, could've seen
how such promises would darken.
Anyone who understands the Book of Daniel wouldn't be caught dead
living in the Middle East. But ignorance runs rampant. God has put a
'veil' of ignorance over many an eye, and as history has a habit of
repeating itself, for us, as well as it was for king Belshazzar, the
writing is on the wall.

God has put a 'veil' of ignorance over many an eye...
Refreshing self-deprecation.

Why didn't YOU see what was coming, padre? (Rhetorical question,
padre. Save your breath.)

Josef

proof, a torrent of verbiage for a spring of capital truths, and
oneself for an oracle, is inborn in us.

Excellent. You give the example of guy, whose death can be accounted
for rationally, and ignore the millions and millions of people who
have lived in the Middle East over the centuries who have lived
peacefully and died of natural causes. Tragic deaths occur all over
the world and all throughout history. Political murders occur in your
country. By your "logic,"everyone should flee wherever they are and
move to Antarctica. Use your head, that's the big luimp on top of your
neck.

One fine day in alt.atheism, "vivapadrepio@aol.com" <vivapadrepio@aol.com>
bloodied us up with this:
Daniel Pearl covered the Middle East at a time of promising change.
He, nor others who don't understand the Book of Daniel, could've seen
how such promises would darken.
Anyone who understands the Book of Daniel wouldn't be caught dead
living in the Middle East.
Actually, anyone who values his LIFE wouldn't be caught dead
living in the Middle East.
But ignorance runs rampant. God has put a
'veil' of ignorance over many an eye, and as history has a habit of
repeating itself, for us, as well as it was for king Belshazzar, the
writing is on the wall.
Which god?
