The Regional Court in Bulgaria's city of Plovdiv decided to leave
behind bars the clergyman, arrested April 27 for sexually abusing two
underage girls.
The 55-year-old Emil Miliyonov was the parish priest of three villages
around the town of Parvomai. The parents of one of the victims, both
at the age of 13 lodged a complaint against the priest in the local
court.
