Does this mean "god" is mad at Jeb Bush? |
I mean, Robertson seems to think hurricanes are "god's judgement" doesn't
he? God must be *real mad at Jeb then. Sending two at the same time...

Still, you'd think a Gawd would be a bit more active in showing
displeasure. You know--lightning bolts, smiting, having Pat Robertson drop
dead at an opportune moment, making a new nose appear on Michael Jackson's
face. You know, impressive *****.

Well, It's kind of hard nowadays to do a whole city "Sodom and
Gommorah"-style without somebody noticing. A hurricane allows plausible
deniability, and God can always get Pat Robertson to blame it on the
devil or the liberals.

showing displeasure. You know--lightning bolts, smiting,
having Pat Robertson drop dead at an opportune moment, making
a new nose appear on Michael Jackson's face. You know,
impressive *****.
He's old and just not what he used to be...
Well, It's kind of hard nowadays to do a whole city "Sodom and
Gommorah"-style without somebody noticing. A hurricane allows
plausible deniability, and God can always get Pat Robertson to
blame it on the devil or the liberals.
Clinton did it!
You beat me to it! I was going to say that they would find some way
to blame the weather on Clinton.
Bonnie is Hillary's fault!
Am I the only one disappointed that the storms weren't named "Bonnie"
and "Clyde"?
It's the first thing I thought of. <G>
I was watching the news this morning and was thinking the same thing.
Talk about a missed opportunity.
(But who would expected things to happen just this way?)

I mean, Robertson seems to think hurricanes are "god's

Sending two at the same time...
AND--it rained all day when his big brudder was here on
Tuesday.
Still, you'd think a Gawd would be a bit more active in
showing displeasure. You know--lightning bolts, smiting,

Yes. I can't remember two storms like that hitting a state almost
simultaneously. Anyone have data on this?

Nah, 'god' is simply making sure people know how much he loves Jeb.
Thing is, Jeb won't bend over.
