The Passion of Christ is one of ....no..maybe the best example of a
marketing and advertisement scheme that was ever perpetrated on the
mindless consumer sheep of the world.....it it not about Jesus or about
religion ....it is totally about money....about money in Mel Gibson's
pocket.....he picked a topic that everyone would talk about .....a topic
that some would hate and some would use to bolster their misguided need
for a savior in their worthless lives....
If you pay for a ticket you are just one of the idiots that contribute
to Mel's pocket book.....he is laughing all the way to the bank...SHEEP!!!

I agree with this assessment. Mel the manipulator is going to have a
pretty good profit over his slain prophet. But he ain't getting a dime
of my money. So there.

Perhaps. But Gibson is really 'really' religious. I won't bring up
his father because that's Twilight Zone stuff. Not that Gibson is that
far away from being TZ himself. The guy makes some of the bloodiest
money making movies around, so I think it's a cross between religious
zealotry and what sells.
