2. Contrary to popular belief, the debt did not go down under Clinton. From
1987 to 2004, each and every ensuing year showed an increase, including the

3. the big upswing was in Bush2's first year in his first term - taking on
clinton's post 911 economy.
too bad you missed that I failed to post the data for 2003, going from 2002
directly to 2004.
