No, no netcop. There are internet laws against cyberstalking, and he's deeply
involved in that now. He's going to hurt innocent people if he isn't stopped.
If it takes doing some official complaining about him, he certainly in a
positron to be fingered.
mikey started it, bud the dud followed up, and now chicken little is madly
trying to dig out names and presenting false ideas in a sick attempt to
embarrass me. He's not going to find or hurt me, but he can hurt some others.
Pretty soon he'll be naming apartment numbers.
If he keeps it up and continues to bother innocent people, he leaves no choice
but to see his name and his professional career ruined. And there are places to
take care of that.

It's quite plain (to him) that anyone who hasn't told /him/ some
overwhelmingly good reason for feeling him/herself injured at the hands of

widely known that douche never changes anyone else's name, always reads a

Not to worry, good buddy. I have the contacts.
This ng is for discussion, not stalking. Even a person with, say 9 ug degrees
for instance, should be able to understand that.

A while back Earl had a little adventure with opening an attachment and
becoming an open rely. He ignored advice, given here claimed his system was
up to date (a two year old patch would have prevented the incident) and
telling us he "accidentally" shut down his virus checker (and ignored at
least two warnings.)
So he bought a new hard drive, etc. etc. The exciting adventures are
available on Google.
I mention this because he talked of his friends who were computers
"experts".
I suspect his contacts are of the same quality.
Earl, you will have to reveal who you are in order to file what is, based on
the law you claim, a false report.
I hope your contacts advise you to try it.

Trying to cover up your little episodes simply leaves little bumps in the
road.
They are hard to miss.

Good for you, you are going to file a criminal complaint to protect somebody
in need.
That's the golden rule you've been talking about.
Please tell us when it's been filed.

drained his beer, leaned back in the alt.atheism beanbag and
drunkenly proclaimed the following
No, no netcop. There are internet laws against cyberstalking
Cite them.
The same ones against stalking by phone or following.
California Penal Code 646.9. Stalking.
(a) Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows or
harasses another person and who makes a credible threat with the intent to
place that person in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or the safety of
his or her immediate family, is guilty of the crime of stalking, punishable
by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year or by a fine of
not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and
imprisonment, or by imprisonment in the state prison.
Note the key issue "makes a credible threat with the intent to place that
person in reasonable fear for his or her safety"
Even if there was case law which extended this to the Internet, the
cybercops would find that
1. There was no " a *credible* threat with the intent to place that person
in reasonable fear for his or her safety"
We just want to know who Earl is.
2. If Earl is not the person we think he is then that person does not even
know about this situation and has no fear.
Earl lives in a state where law is not statutory so perhaps some of this
confuses him.

Furthermore, since Earl Weber committed a breach of contract by

mailing him the court summons.

When your little passing psychopath, as you call him, spooks the door of
innocent people, they will be in reasonable fear for their safety.
We just want to know who Earl is.
Why, other than stalking?

You don't know your little passing psycho THAT well, as he drags his mentor into
the picture.
