On June 7th in thread "Why There Is no God - Parts 156-170 - The Why
Edition" in a.a. at 6:38pm (http://tinyurl.com/d3ubb) Earl Weber said,
"Pick one subject line on the bible or God, as I've offered to you many
times, and we will talk again. Why are you so afraid of discussion,
bud?"
Earl loves to prove himself a liar. Here he is lying about engaging in
discussion when the truth is that for over a year he's run from every
discussion I've offered him. Even more hilariously, he's also run form
every signle time I've accepted one of his challenges!
The most recent one was *precisely* what he asked for: one subject line
on the bible or God. Here's the offer I've been making him since April
30th (a week *before* he told his lie above):
"Let's discuss the issue of what God thinks of libel. Let's discuss
what God would think of someone who made false accusations of
plagiarism and let's discuss what God might think would constitute
what's legally required to substantiate true accusations. Are you up
for it?"
Clearly Earl isn't up for anything. As usual, he's running away from a
challenge while lying through his teeth that it's the challenger who's
running! I've offered him variations on this challenge **AT LEAST 40
TIMES** since April 30th, and he's run away every time. No surprises
there.
But why would he run away, you ask? He has no choice. The reason he
runs so fast and so far is that if he engaged in this particular
discussion it would provide yet mroe proof of what a lousy liar he is.
In order to desperately try to hide his phenomenal cowardice, he has to
lie even about his lies. But then that is what he does best.
And this is the lying liar who lies that he never lies in his messages
on Usenet!
Now we can all see how cowardly and hypocritical he truly is.

At this point in my life and studies, I have limited use, other than
historical, for the theologies of the Abrahamic faiths.
Your conception of a masculine creator with a severe borderline personality
disorder(I love you if you do exactly what I want/I
hate you if you disobey and will destroy you/I will forgive you if you take
all the blame) is a bit much for a thinking person to
accept of a perfect supreme being who is supposed to be the source of all
creation.
Further, the distance between the Creator and creation troubles me. For
natural law to hold true, creation is an extension of the
energies of the Creator. If so, then the cutting off from self to create a
place where god is not(hell) and cutting off of the
damned makes god less than infinite and less than omnipresent. Further, the
biblical instruction to go forth and conquer the
world, the placing of man at the pinnacle of creation perforce places man
in superiority to that part of the creator inherent in the
creation.
Of course, if you ignore natural law and see the creation as a purely
masculine event, then the "big bang" becomes a
masturbatory incident where the abrahamic god essentially "man-spackles"
the void and creates the universe, coloured by the
Thomistic idea of life being inherent to the male with the female(the void)
merely the receptacle of the procreative powers of the
male.
Conversely if Creation is concieved of as feminine in nature, then the
physicial universe is brought forth form the womb of the
creator if you will, and an extension of that creator. In that instance,
the human child is the steward of physical creation, not the
conquerer of a part of the creator. On a purely logical basis rooted in
natural law, that premise works better.
Personally I can deal with being the child of a loving mother far easier
than the victim of a borderline god.

You're losing dismally so far. Please address the issues now:
1. Would your god agree that an accusation of plagiarism (without
valid legal evidence to support it) was a lie, and constitutes libel?
Just what *would* your god think about a person who repeatedly accuses
someone else of plagiarism, when the accused has repeatedly
demonstrated innocence, and the accuser cannot offer evidence
independent of the parties involved to support his accusation? Would
your gosd think them a liar, or just mean-spirited?
2. If a person repeated accusations of plagiarism, claiming material
had been stolen from a book or some such publication, and was asked to
provide the name of the book, its author, publisher, etc., from which
the material was plagiarised, would your god want you to help the
requestor by providing the material? If not, why not?
3. In a court of law, when a Christian is under oath (to tell the
truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth "so help me God" sworn
on a Holy Bible), and they maintained that a person had plagiarised
material from a book or some such publication, what would they need to
produce in the way of evidence to support their testimony? If the
accuser had insisted the material was stolen from a book or some such
publication, wouldn't the accuser actually have to provide the name and
other details of the publication from which they claim the material was
plagiarised?
4. Does your god want you to bear false witness? I mean, if a person
accused of plagiarism has repeatedly asked the accuser to discuss it,
has repeatedly tried to explain why the accuser is making a false
accusation, has demonstrated why the accusation cannot possibly be
true, and the accuser has failed to support their accusation, would
your god want to accuser to admit he made a mistake and apologize, or
would your god want the accuser to continue to bear false witness in
the absence of evidence independent of the parties involved?

Well, as I've occasionally observed, it's not impossible he was in a
reserved occupation, or had some other kind of legitimate exemption
from the draft - though one can't help but think in terms of a
psychological exemption in his particular case.
One imagines that, whatever the reason he wasn't drafted is that for
one reason or another he wasn't eligible for the draft, or was able to
obtain a deferment - but that these days he chooses to portray this
exemption or deferment as a specific request from the DOD as something
special and specific to him.
Which is not entirely different from the metier of all of his usenet
posts: *never* ever entering in to a substantive discussion, and
taking refuge in generalities.
That said, this kind of info is presumably available under an FOI
request, and would only cost a few dollars to obtain.
Presumably the EAC can supply the necessary details on the usual
private channels.

demonstrated innocence, and the accuser cannot offer evidence
independent of the parties involved to support his accusation? Would
your gosd think them a liar, or just mean-spirited?
2. If a person repeated accusations of plagiarism, claiming material
had been stolen from a book or some such publication, and was asked to
provide the name of the book, its author, publisher, etc., from which
the material was plagiarised, would your god want you to help the
requestor by providing the material? If not, why not?
3. In a court of law, when a Christian is under oath (to tell the
truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth "so help me God" sworn
on a Holy Bible), and they maintained that a person had plagiarised
material from a book or some such publication, what would they need to
produce in the way of evidence to support their testimony? If the
accuser had insisted the material was stolen from a book or some such
publication, wouldn't the accuser actually have to provide the name and
other details of the publication from which they claim the material was
plagiarised?
4. Does your god want you to bear false witness? I mean, if a person
accused of plagiarism has repeatedly asked the accuser to discuss it,
has repeatedly tried to explain why the accuser is making a false
accusation, has demonstrated why the accusation cannot possibly be
true, and the accuser has failed to support their accusation, would
your god want to accuser to admit he made a mistake and apologize, or
would your god want the accuser to continue to bear false witness in
the absence of evidence independent of the parties involved?
