EGALITARIAN IN OUR FAITH

One would conclude that intelligent, educated people, even
moderately educated people would have
a world view, philosophy or religion that is more noble than the
masses. The Intelligent and educated
class of people attend the same church and sit in the same pews as
those who are stupid, illiterate, and
even insane, in addition to those Catholics who are eating the body
and drinking the blood of their god
as if they were cannibals Other religious denominations are waiting
for the return of someone who
allegedly died 2,000 years ago. All are proudly wearing their
crucifixes as a symbol of homage to the
barbaric practice of pain, suffering and human sacrifice.
It is true that in "faith" all things are possible-that
ignorance, irrationality, the suppression of
Reason and intellect are condoned, and stupidity and even insanity are
accepted by many as moral virtues
and considered justifiable. To maintain the above is a defense against
anxiety, if one leaves the comfort of
their familiar religious system into which one was indoctrinated.
The childishness of religious behavior is needing
interlocutors in the form of priests ,ministers,
Rabbis and imams to tell them how best to live their lives. All of the
above behavior is the antithesis
of self-sufficiency, self-worth and self-confidence.
All theistic religions have an obsession with expending all the noble
expressions of love to an
abstraction. All their hate is directed at very real people who do not
share their superstition.
