I understood you perfectly well. Who J.M. is protecting is one thing, the
fact that it was Rove is another. He did it, and Bush should fire his *****,
just like he said he would. All of a sudden, everyone in the White House has
clammed up bellowing that they will not discuss the issue while the
investigation is ongoing, when that is ALL they have been doing until
yesterday. It's appalling that SHE is in jail, while HE is not.
Of course, she was probably ordered held until she named her source.
The fact that Rove has been named as the source of the leak, is irrelevant.
It order to be released, she *still* has to name her source.
Farther, her continued refusal to name her source, still protects Rove, because
it lays doubt in people's minds, as to whether Rove, or someone else, was her
source.
That could be enough to get Rove, off the hook.

but Rove never said that she did.
All the major news outlets said it was a felony to expouse
Plame, to you have a cite to prove other wise or are you
just blowing wind.
Now for the real mystery. Judith Miller is still behind bars for refusing
to disclose here source. If she were protecting Rove (that's a laugh), then
she'd be free by now, since Rove's remarks are now public. So who is she
protecting? It seems that someone *else* did reveal that Plame worked some
kind of covert ops, and that may well have been a crime..
Miller is behind bars for contempt of court. She was in contempt
of court for not revealing her source. Just becasue someone
else has revealed the source does not remove her contempt of
court penalty.
