Even the Clothing Industry Knows Bush is On the Way Out |
Way out!
A couple years ago, embroudered jeans started making
a comeback with the occasional peasant bouse. Last
year, both were very evident. This year, walking into the
casual wear sections of any woman's clothing store is
like a 1965 trip down Memory Lane- jeans, peasant
blouses, ponchos, sandals . Even the shoulder bags and
pocketbooks are 60's style. I love it! I was just a kid back
then, and this wasn't exactly schoolclothes.
Is this a subliminal whack in the head for today's kids to
try to wake them up? Or, are they already awakening
and asking for these kinds of clothes?
