Ever Wonder Why Kerry Supports Homosexual Marriage... (LIBERALS HATE
AMERICA!)
Kerry, Edwards Show Public Affection
By LIZ SIDOTI, Associated Press Writer
NEW YORK - Bear hugs. Pats on the back. Shoulder squeezes. John Kerry
(news - web sites) and John Edwards (news - web sites) are all over
each other. The two DemocRATs and one-time rivals have shared so much
public affection since becoming a team Tuesday that the presidential
candidate even joked about it in New York after Edwards introduced him
at fund-raisers and rallies - and hugged him before turning over the
podium.
Kerry grinned and shook his head. "There's been a lot of hugging this
week," the Massachusetts senator remarked with a chuckle Friday.
Later, Kerry mentioned that Jay Leno had teased the DemocRATic ticket
for being so touchy-feely. Mocking the apparent chemistry between the
candidates, "The Tonight Show" strung together clips of the two in
their first three days as running mates with Joe Cocker's weepy 1974
hit single "You Are So Beautiful" played in the background.
"We make a great couple, ladies and gentlemen," Kerry joked as New
York donors cracked up.
Hugging, kissing and squeezing has become a part of every event since
Kerry and Edwards set off on the campaign trail.

You mean Boy George isn't even smart enough to take advantage
of his own tax code? This is just getting better and better.

Lie.
Bush paid $227,000 in taxes last year.

And what Bush hasn't said is how much he received back in deductions.

Um, "recieved back in deductions"?? Um, I realize you are clueless
about THIS, too, but that tax obligation you give above IS what he
paid AFTER deductions. Your own fucking cite shows he gave $68,360 to
charity, so why do you feel the need to call the man a "liar" by being
off by a mere $22k?
Here....let's take you to school AGAIN:

Pot....meet kettle....
BTW, lets take a look at President Bushes 2003 return PER YOUR cite.
Income - $727,083
Charitable deductions - $68, 360
Assuming no other deductions...that leaves a taxable income of:
$658,723
Per the 2003 1040 book he would owe
90,514.50
Pluse
35% of the amount over $311,950 ($346,773)
Which comes to:
$121,370
Add that to the initial $90,514.50 and we come to a total of:
$211,885
Looks like our President OVERPAID by $16k. If anything, he's guilty of
having a shitty tax attorney.
Do the math if you don't believe me.

Of course, JFF enjoys this spam from a rightwinger who changes his nick and
doesn't post the "OT" header...even though jff and his cronies bitched and
moaned and fired off complaints to isp's when it was done by a lefty..
And the simple fact that this story did not have a link or source for the
claim that kerry is under investigation by the irs...just more lies from
your disinformation friends on the right

Wrong turdboy, Bush paid 227,000 in federal income tax, 21,000 in ad
valorum tax and over 10,000 in payroll taxes, so he actually paid more
than $250,000 in taxes last year.
And if you want to know what he took for deductions, his schedule A
as well as the rest of his return is here, so Bush has told his tax
history for 2003, you were just too dumb to look it up.

Dumb *****.
Bush received a refund of $61,000.
So Bush paid less than $250,000 in taxes, moron.

Good God, you are even dumber than I thought. First, he didn't get a
refund, he carried his overpayment forward to 2004. Secondly, his
federal tax liability for the year was 227,000. He paid 288,000 in
federal income taxes, which gae him an overpayment of 61,000.
You may be too stupid to understand the difference, but his tax
liability for federal, payroll and local taxes was over 250,000. His
overpayment does not reduce this figure. If he had paid in 1,000,000
in estimated taxes, he would have gotten a 775,000 refund, but it
doesn't change the fact that he paid a net of 227,000 for fed income
tax, over 10,000 for payroll taxes, and over 20,000 in ad valorem
taxes. That is over 250,000. I will try to explain it one more time,
he paid in 288k minus the overpayment of 61k giving a net of 227k.
Then add 10k for payroll taxes and 21k for other taxes and you get
258,000. 258,000 is larger than 250,000.
I know this is a lot for you to understand, but Bush did pay in over
a quarter million in tax for the tax year 2003. Learn something about
the tax system and basic math. I guess lazy, dumbasses like yourself
who sit and collect welfare don't need to know about the tax system,
so please don't come on here and act like you do.

You don't read so good, do you?
The $61,000 refund brought his FEDERAL INCOME TAX down to 227,000. The
21k in ad valorum tax and 10k in payroll tax are in ADDITION to THAT.
lerssee....
227,000
+ 21,352
+ 10,000
-------------------
258,352
Yep. Definately MORE than $250k paid in taxes.
Next time stick to math more in your league...like 2+2.
