Your website is incorrect, the commandment is not "thou shalt not kill"
because this would be contradictory. The commandment is "thou shalt not
murder".
About half the English translations of the Bible that I know of say "kill"
and the others say "murder".
God does not condone any of those things mentioned above, but he is just
and
will use people to pass on his justice and kill blasphemers and people
that
reject him. He has the right because he created all things.
By that reasoning the people who built my house have the right to burn it
down whenever they want. That's absurd!

That depends on whether or not a judge sentenced someone, along with
their entire family, to death for not believing the bible.
In the book of Judges in the bible, we see that the Israelites were

I don't care what the Israelites did. I care about the people they
slaughtered in the name of their god. Quit changing the subject.

You're only picking out the parts of the bible that you want to
believe and ignoring the rest. Like Numbers 21:34,34 when god
commanded a genocide.
