That's only if women weren't used to settling for what they can get or
if guys with small penises, like yourself most likely, didn't also
practice rape and incest.
And we wouldn't have any nipples.
Except that actually, nipples on men do have uses and I'm not talking
about the kinky stuff you probably think ;). It's been found that babies
will suck on a father's nipple if mother is busy. It doesn't give the
kid any food, but it keeps them quiet, which can be good if you're
caveman, trying not to attract the attention of predators. OTOH, if we
were "intelligently designed" then we would not expect tiny,
vestigial non-milk producing nipples on men. Either the male nipples
could provide milk too or there would be no nipple at all and men would
have some other natural traits to help child raising. After all, the
man also has an interest in protecting his offspring.

Now hold on a second here. You're not talking about that
thing with the alligator clips, are you? Because they weren't
in the freezer that long. I just keep them in there over night,
so they hardly have any effect on the nipples at all.

A controlled version of natural selection is what is used in dog breeding,
the results of which are evidence that it works. Only the dogs with the
traits the breeder wants are allowed to breed, thus the dogs without these
traits do not reproduce.
Natural selection works like that in the wild, but the controlling force
is usually some kind of debilitating trait (such as an inability to digest
protein), or a reaction with the environment. The appearance of a new
strain of bacteria could kill off many people in a region, but the
survivors could be naturally resistant to it, they would be left alive to
reproduce and form a more specialized community, most of whom are
naturally resistant to this bacteria.
Natural selection just *is*. But don't worry, it doesn't prescribe
eternal punishment if you don't want to believe in it.

It is easier than that. Evolution violates the Second Law of
Thermodynamics. Evolution is a religion based on bad science and
preached from the pulpits of state run education. Darwin's own driving
force was to replace God in the public consciousness. The believe
system is already being replaced by "Intelligent Design" which correctly
views the evidence that points to a design and places the "who designed
it" question back in the fields of philosophy and religion. Evolution
is not sciece. Creationism is not science. Religion is not science.
