It's interesting to note that the School Board members were ousted by a very
thin majority.
Also the replacement candidates were from Concerted and intense political
activism.
I am not optimistic that KS IN OH and other forefront states for
Anti-Science in Public Schools will be so lucky.

Good for the people of Dover, PA. Perhaps we could persuade some to move
to Kansas to educate the populace there.

Check the vote totals before cheering too much. 26:25 is pretty
pathetic with the elections occuring only days after the trial ends,
with incumbents on the board having been demonstrated to be lying
for years and ignorant.
Next elections (2 years) will vote on 4 two year seats and the one
incumbent seat that didn't go for vote. The creationists will win
that round, same as they one in Kansas after that temporary glitch
from the post-1999 setback unless the science folks finally quit
thinking that they've 'won' just because a single election gives
a temporary majority.

This, and 11/08/05 election results across the country (especially here
in California), bodes well for 2006.

Bonsell got the lowest number of votes and they didn't mention his
possible perjury during the trial.

All the members of the board that were up for election got the boot.
The fact is that they were the ID supporters. They either voted for
the scam or they were appointed after the board members that objected
resigned.

Well, it was certainly Waterloo for the school board.
It was high time those crack heads got the boot.
