The same demon can be present in more than one person.
In this case,the demon who possesses Pina,said he would leave her that
night.
Father Candido,although he knew that demons almost always lie,asked other
exorcists to help him,occasionally in the presence of a medical doctor.At
times,to hold the girl still they would lay her down on a long table.She
would twist and turn and fall to the ground,but at the last moment,before
hitting the floor she slowed down,as though a hand was holding her up,and
would never hurt herself.After working on her for most of the evening and
half of the night,the exorcist decided to quit.The next morning,Father
Candido was exorcising a small boy,six or seven years old.The devil,from
within that boy,began to mock the priest:"Last night you worked hard,but you
did not gain anything.We won!And I was there too!"
