As of October 20, 2006:
Current status of Iran's nuclear agenda: Green light.
----------------
In further developments: Israel has stated that Iran might pay 'a
price' for their stand on the nuclear issue.
Okay. That's a safe enough statement. So, then, Iran also may *not
pay 'a price' for their stand on the nuclear issue.
Don't you think Iran's President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, would welcome an
offensive? That would allow Iran to retaliate on the defensive, and he
would lash out like what hasn't been seen since the second world war.
------------------
In other developments: Are the 2008 Olympics going to be held
successfully? Wouldn't the week before the Olympics start, or perhaps
during the Olympics, be an opportune time for North Korea's Kim Jong to
do a second nuclear test? Would he try something more? China
certainly hopes not. If reasons were priced at a buck apiece, the
Chinese have eight billion reasons for hoping that North Korea behaves
itself.
Does Kim Jong strike you as a man who would behave himself?
