Faith, I think I get it |
If you can imagine something so strongly that you are able to
voluntarily and at will alter all of your five senses and generate
hallucinations of supernatural beings that make you invincible to all
physical and rational things, then it doesn't matter what's going on
in the world around you. The mind overwhelms the body. Has anyone
figured out how to do that yet?
I'm a bit eccentric, but I have to admit I've never been able to
hallucinate. Does this mean I'll never be psychotic enough to be a
good Christian?

"hallucinate."
NO - you have to become "child- like" otherwise you WILL NOT see the Kingdom
of God here or in the life to come.
Letting go of our intellectual processing capability for the sake of the
Kingdom requires we let go of out pride. It's really an issue of
rebellious nature at odds with obedience to the teachings of Jesus.
Jesus reigns now and forever.

'Able'? It's a skill? Gosh. Well, try having schizophrenia, or depriving
yourself of sleep for an extended period, or maybe suffering an intense
fever. You might well gain the ability then - but I doubt it's one you'll
treasure.

Hell no, all you have to do is take somebody else's word for it to be a
good christian. Have faith in the lying cocksuckers.

3, maybe 4 hits of good acid and I guarantee you'll be able to hallucinate
for at least 10 hours.
