Famous Atheist Now Believes in God Based on Scientific Evidence |
When a child is born it has no belief of any sort.
Theism is a nasty indoctrination forced upon the young by their
'loving' parents.
When these converts grow older they see the holes in theistic thought.
Many become disillusioned with the having to believe a hundred
impossible things in a day.
As the end to life approaches many people have to admit that they are
going to die.
A few revert to this big pink sky fairy belief in hope that they're
not going to die.
Fat chance!
There is NO scientific evidence of a god.
There is, however, evidence of our mortality.
We are all gonna die

When a child is born it has no belief of any sort.
There is no scientific evidence that a child is born without any beliefs of
any sort. Rather, it appears that the opposite is true, because if a new born
looses all contact with its mother at birth, it can still be raised by
another. Likewise, at death, those who only cling to material causes will
see their error, and that it is not the only life.
There is, however, evidence of our mortality.

In our last episode <320qd2F3do3b8U1@individual.net>, ernobe lept out of

Do you have to work at it or does gibberish come naturally for you?

It was a very strange post. I read it twice; I could not believe I
read it correctly the first time.

Well written, Black.
I once had a 5 yr old kid try to tell me that Jesus loves me. It was so sad to
see him so bent on the idea.
I didn't hear the story about the 'convert'.
He was to be on the talk radio this morning but I reached my destination before
it aired. No big loss I guess.

Forced? Quoted loving? Today we force them not to run out into
traffic. In the good old days they were told not to pet the cute cheetah.
The belief mechanism is profoundly important to human culture. So we
let every kid learn for themselves if education is imporant? Or do we
tell them and impose it? Indoctrination into arithmetic? hunting
skills? Farming skills? Such tyranny! DAMN THEM ALL!

Your rant damns both religion and atheists teaching their children.
Right in one, right in all. In a society with religion the neutral
stance which must be the essence of default atheism is very difficult
to maintain.
