The sales lady gets you on the phone and dangles the
carrot of "free installation"
I sign up.
Cableguy comes and nails ugly black cable to my nice white ceiling.
Uggh! Don't you put it in conduit, I ask?
'No, I don't do conduit he says'
So I take two days off to do it myself and I fork out an extra $100
bucks for materials.
What does 'free installation' mean to the powers that be? I guess it
is whatever their plutocratic mega media masters like Murdock want and
***** the consummer.
TV 'used to be or might have been' about diversity of ideas and
opinions and exploring alternative realities.
Foxtel digital isn't about this as it is controlled by a plutocrat
whose agenda is self interest, from a country whose agenda is world
domination. Never educate a public whom you intend to exploit for
profit!
BUT I suppose it is worth getting fleeced a few hundred bucks just
getting educated as to the depth of decline of US plutocracy and the
overflowing crap bucket of propaganda it calls 'entertainment' and
wants you to pay for.
If you thought 'free to air' was crap, foxtel digital gives you the
pleasure of paying $70-100 bucks a month for 10 to 20 times as much.
Forget it, nationalize the plutocratic monotone and start from
scratch. Hand out licenses to disparate groups so you get diversity.
Diversity any other way, no way!
