and the United States worst in new rankings focusing on preventable
deaths due to treatable conditions in 19 leading industrialized

I want to know *exactly* how they decided what was "preventable" and what
constitues "timely and effective" treatment. Where's a link to the actual
study, including peer-reviewed support for their claims and their

WASHINGTON, Jan 8 (Reuters) - France, Japan and Australia rated
best and the United States worst in new rankings focusing on
preventable deaths due to treatable conditions in 19 leading
industrialized nations, researchers said on Tuesday.

If the U.S. health care system performed as well as those of
those top three countries, there would be 101,000 FEWER deaths
in the United States per year, according to researchers writing
in the journal Health Affairs.

I want to know *exactly* how they decided what was "preventable"

and

what constitues "timely and effective" treatment. Where's a link
to the actual study, including peer-reviewed support for their
claims and their methodology?

Ooh! Fred suddenly thinks facts are important!

The fact that this paper was published in a peer-review journal
will not stop Fred stom smearing the authors since as we all know,
any one who disaggres with Fred is intellectually dishonest.

Where's that link, Yangie-pwn3d?

If you're too lazy and incompetent to find the name of the journal
in the Reuters article above, why should anyone help you, hissy
