There is no such thing as "free speech" in talk.origins or many other
NG's.
more so in any moderated NG. That why they are moderated. TO will ban
anyone who does not practice the religion of evolution and
secularism... unless they conform to the unspoken charter of
creationist bashing.
very simple. Even the real world freedom of speech is an illusion.

You were banned for abusive repetition. There are Christians on
TO who have no problem remaining civil. You're just not one of them.

The whole concept of talk.origin is repitition.
the so called christians on talk.origins many agree with evolution and
thus calls Christ a liar.
it is notable however, that you confirm that TO does practice content
moderation. Even if my posts are repetitious, there is nothing in the
charter about repittion.
the people of news.groups years ago confirmed that TO practiced content
moderation, and thus were entitle too. a Moderators can do as he wishes
beyond his charter.

Jabriol, when are you going to understand that the expression
"freedom of speech" applies only to the government's power to use
physical force in the restraint of speech, and has nothing to do with
private citizens exercising their other rights to free association
without undue interruption?

Actually I already knew that. On usenet, or in the private sector
freedom of speech is useless. and free asociation in a moderated ng
like TO is nonexsistant.
On usenet in a moderated NG the only rights you have are those the
moderator will allow you to have. On talk.origins Dig, give
evolutionist the right to bash and use ad-hom attacks on those who
disagree with TOE.
but if the reverse occurs, then enters "content moderation" and
banishment.
Ofcourse it's his group, and can do as he please.
more or less, is how spamservers like Shared-secrets and Aioe operate,
until a major force or authority block list them.
Universities go do the same with TO, if they wish too, but TO is used
as a tool to further secularism in canada and the USA.
the members of TO should be reminded that content moderation does exist
on TO fro the mere fact that it has a moderator.

While bashing creationism is a good and godly thing to do, I don't see
this happening. There are many posts in TO from people who ARE
creationists.
Mind you, I can see why anyone, moderator or not, would quickly tire of

If you've ever read any of Jabber's posts over this past 6 months or so you
can see him mentally deteriorating. He's cross-posting his trash at a
frantic pace, to totally unrelated NGs no less (rec.ponds and
free.newsservers for example). As his audience shrinks, and more people
killfile him or tell him to get lost - he becomes more and more irrational.
Every so often when he's being ignored beyond his limits, he starts the T.O.
