Fw: When Evolutionists Attack Religion Directly On TV |

It's not the scientific defense of Darwinian evolution that is fueling
the controversy over evolution vs. creationism in America. It's the
conflating of science with atheist philosophical ***** from Dawkins
and others of his ilk that have given so many Americans the false
impression that Darwinian evolution is incompatible with religion and
amounts to a refutation of religion.
I'm afraid the '*****' is *all yours*, sonny: if you seriously think
Creationists would all happily tolerate neo-Darwinism 'if only' it didn't
have atheistic associations, then you're even stupider than I thought you
were. What *actually* pisses off the ignorant, arrogant religious masses
about 'evolution' is that *it contradicts the infantile fantasies they have
about their own human 'importance', 'uniqueness' and 'permanence'*. It
wouldn't matter if it was *Billy fucking Graham* telling them that they all
come from apes and live in a world where there are no fixed 'kinds': they'd
*still* detest the idea.
Dawkins should stick to science. And keep his atheist ***** to
himself. He's hurting, not helping, the cause of science by denouncing
religion directly.
The maddest sentence I have seen you write in months. There are things you
need to learn, kiddo:
(i) Atheistic scientists aren't denied the right of televised free speech on
the topic of atheism just because their considered views ***** off credulous
loonies;
(ii) Science is a method of removing untruth from our lives by a process
involving trial and the elimination of error: science is *not* a 'cause',
and we should not treat it as one by pretending that questions of truth
and falsehood are things that we can be 'political' about.
Cretin.
Bonf.
